HKBU School of Business jointly presents informational TV programme

img HKBU Century Club and the HKBU School of Business are jointly presenting “Business Studies for Us All”, an informational TV programme produced by the Art Concept Culture Institute, to highlight the business philosophy of business leaders in Hong Kong as cases on innovation and applied technology. A premiere event was held on 9 November 2017 for media, academia, businesspeople and guests.

On behalf of the HKBU School of Business, Dr. Y.S. Cheng, Head and Associate Professor of Department of Economics, spoke at the event, “Corporate sustainability and ethical business have always been the top priorities of the School’s research and teaching. We believe corporates have to be innovative and embrace the technological advancement in order to survive or even outperform in today’s competitive business world. With this quality TV programme featuring business leaders with their successful case studies, we hope both the mass public and the commerce sector will be profoundly inspired.”

With each episode two minutes long, the programme, supported by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and hosted by HKBU alumna and the executive producer Ms. Katie Chan, will be aired on TVB J5 every weekday at 8:30pm starting on 13 November 2017. “Business Studies for Us All” is part of the TV series jointly presented by HKBU and HKBU Century Club.
