1. Is there an admission interview?
No admission interview will be required for MScEGM. The Admissions will be based on the information applicants submit to the Grenoble Ecole de Management.
2. Do I need to travel to France and Hong Kong for the study?
Yes, you must study in France in Semester One and Hong Kong in Semester Two. This is a 15-month full time programme. The courses at Grenoble Ecole de Management start in September and the courses at Hong Kong Baptist University start in the following January. Students will need to arrive in both places according to the study schedule.
3. Where shall I do the Dissertation?
Dissertation is the final project for this programme. Students can either choose a “startup business project” or an “academic dissertation” as their Business Project. Students may form a group of no more than three to work on a startup business project/academic dissertation. A supervisor will be assigned either from HKBU or GEM to supervise the project production. Student can communicate with the supervisor either in person, or through internet such as email or skype. So, you can do the Dissertation in any part of the world.
4. How many graduation certificate and award will I get upon completion of the programme?
Only one graduation certificate will be issued, with the names and logos of both universities on it. The title awarded is “Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Global Marketing”.
5. When and how do I apply for Hong Kong student visa?
The HKBU office will email to all MScEGM students in October to notify them for Hong Kong student visa application. The application will be centralized and processed through HKBU (Application fee HKD450). Students need not apply on their own.

6. What is the estimated cost of living in Hong Kong?
It costs around HKD9,500 per month including the rental of a shared flat (HKD4,000-6,000), basic food (HKD2,000-3,000) and public transportation (HKD1,000).
