| The case study of Geely Automotive has been conducted by Chinese Businesses Case Research Centre. This case illustrates Geely Automotive, China's largest privately owned automaker, with a focus on its corporate sustainability strategies to maintain competitiveness in domestic and international market. Specifically, despite its success in domestic market, Geely still had a long way to go to realize its dream on the global stage. This case has been accepted by the 2010 Case Conference of Remin University of China, which was held at Beijing from 5 to 7 November 2010. Prof. Allan Chan, Dr. Michael Young, and Dr. Yuanyi Chen attended the conference. Dr. Chen also did the presentation of the case. As the only English case be accepted in the conference, the Geely case was received great attention by many universities and case institutes in mainland. |
