Our People
People are the building blocks of our success. Our belief in this simple concept permeates our approach to education. Our faculty is what makes our Business School special. Steeped in the School’s long tradition of academic excellence, our professors are the bedrock of strength responsible for cultivating Baptist’s strong mentorship culture and intimate learning atmosphere. We intend the few years of formal education spent at Baptist to be just the beginning of a long lasting relationship between the School, faculty and students, as we seek to mould the global citizens of tomorrow.
Our Committed Leadership
In addition to faculty, the School is fortunate to be able to rely on the guidance of a group of prominent business people and senior government officials forming an advisory committee that helps us ensure that our programmes and practices remain relevant to the constantly evolving challenges faced by the business world.
We also benefit from our wide network of honorary and adjunct professors. Combining intellectual prowess with practical business experience, they provide our students with the type of knowledge that is both theoretically correct and practically useful.
At the core of our human resource structure is the Dean’s Office, where our Dean, Associate Deans, Department Heads and Programme Directors work together to translate our resources into innovative programmes.
