The HKBU School of Business held its 63^rd Commencement sessions on 15 November 2022, with 1,320 graduates receiving their degrees.

Addressing the graduates on behalf of the University, Prof. Ed Snape, Dean of the School of Business encouraged graduates to confront adversity and create new possibilities. "The pandemic has taught us that life can be full of difficulties and it never works out as expected. But here you are, having survived the crisis. The resilience you have acquired and the skills you have learned at HKBU will stand you in good stead in the future."

Miss Ho Man Ki and Miss Sze Po Yee, class valedictorians of the undergraduate programmes, and Ms. Hung Lai Shan, class valedictorian of the postgraduate programmes, delivered their graduation speeches on behalf of their classmates. They were thankful for the experiences they had at HKBU, and urged their peers to make the most of the opportunities available.
