工作間的同理溝通: 觀其行、感其情、應其訴

工作佔我們生活差不多一半的時間,工作場所就像我們第二個家。同事間如能以同理溝通,可共同創建和諧關愛的工作間。資深輔導員及培訓導師周秀蘭女士透過此三小時工作坊,讓參加者以不同的小組活動,體會如何以同理傾聽,觀察對方的行為、感受及理解對方的情緒,從而作出適合的回應。
周女士表示建立同理心首先是願意和人接觸,想像自己是對方去理解他人的感受及經歷。她更指出接納「人」和接納「人的行為」是不同的:從人的角度去明白,對方因為一些經歷而作出行為的選擇,接納人會有軟弱的時候,我們便可以達至深層的同理心。周女士更鼓勵大家多觀察、多聆聽、多閲讀、以及看電影以提升自己對情感的敏感度,從而增強對同理心的覺察。
