Hon Elizabeth Quat is Member of the Legislative Council, the Vice Chairperson of DAB, Founding President of Greater Bay Area Low-Altitude Economy Alliance, & Founder and Honorary President of Smart City Consortium.
Hon Quat is a leading advocate for developing Hong Kong’s low-altitude economy. She co-initiated the Greater Bay Area Low-Altitude Economy Alliance and serves as the President. The alliance seeks to foster collaborative development of the low-altitude economy across the Greater Bay Area by promoting technological innovation, resource sharing, and policy coordination.
