Mr. Chan Hing Keung is the Chief of Operations Engineering Service and Innovation at the MTR Corporation. He is responsible for managing technical engineering design of railway operations. He leads and drives asset innovation and technological development of MTR's passenger services, and works extensively with local and overseas business partners and academia.
Mr. Chan is also a Board member of the MTR Academy and serves on industry advisory committees of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as the Electrical and Mechanical Services Training Board of the Vocational Training Council.

Sr Professor Paul Tsui currently serves as the CEO of Esri China (Hong Kong). Esri is the world leader in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping software. Prior to joining Esri, he worked in Ordnance Survey, the world-renowned national mapping agency of the United Kingdom. As a professional, Sr Prof. Tsui is the Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is also Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Professional Surveyor (Land Surveying) in Hong Kong. Additionally, Sr Prof. Tsui actively participates in volunteer services in the industry and education sector. Currently, He acts as an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also serves as the Honorary Advisor of GIS Academy. He was appointed as the Sector Specialist in the Information and Communications Technology Sector by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. He also served as the Chairman of the Department of Geography Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Baptist University. In the academic and research aspect, Sr Prof. Tsui has participated in many GIS research projects related to spatial data modeling and analysis. He was awarded Outstanding Alumni Award in 2020 by the Department of Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University; and the Best Paper Award in 1998 held by the International Association of Chinese Professionals in Geographic Information Science (CPGIS). Dr. Jerry Jian Wang is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix-Wings GmbH, a Munich-based company established in 2018 under the SF Express Group, dedicated to building the next generation of aerial logistics infrastructure. Phoenix-Wings focuses on designing and deploying high-performance VTOL cargo drones that enable safe, compliant, and scalable logistics operations in complex real-world environments.
Dr. Wang holds dual Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and a Ph.D. in Flight Control from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). With over 20 years of experience in aerospace and unmanned aviation, he has worked across the full technology lifecycle — from fundamental flight-control research to large-scale industrialization and commercial deployment.
Throughout his career, Dr. Wang has contributed to and led the development of both high-volume consumer UAVs and mission-critical cargo drone platforms, with a consistent focus on translating advanced engineering into operational systems. His work bridges German aerospace engineering rigor, Shenzhen’s industrial drone ecosystem, and logistics-driven operational thinking, enabling Phoenix-Wings to move beyond demonstrations and into sustained commercial operations.
Driven by the belief that cargo drones will become a foundational layer of future logistics networks, Dr. Wang is focused on enabling regulatory-compliant, economically viable drone logistics for industrial, medical, and remote-access use cases — where reliability, safety, and real efficiency gains matter most.

Mr Edward Yau, GBS, JP, serves currently as the Council Chairman of the Hong Chi Association, a leading non-profit organization serving people with intellectual disabilities.
He has a long and distinguished public service and served Hong Kong as Secretary for Commerce (2017-22), Director of the Chief Executive’s Office (2012-17), and Secretary for Environment (2007-12).
Since retirement from Government, he devotes his time in charitable organisations including Hong Chi; as well as dialogue and policy researches in international relations through his associations with the universities including his fellowship with HKU’s Centre on Contemporary China and the World, and his Honorary Professorship with CUHK.

As a founding member of the Drone Takeoff Reliability Index (DTORI), he advances industry standards for safety and operational excellence. Yeung also contributes to talent development by creating drone performance design courses for students.
