秦朔，人文财经观察家、秦朔朋友圈发起人及中国商业文明研究中心联席主任。1990年复旦大学毕业后进入媒体，曾任《南风窗》、《第一财经日报》总编辑，长期致力于商业文明和企业家精神的研究与传播。在中美高校获得过公共管理硕士、企业管理博士、金融EMBA和金融DBA学位。著有《告别GDP崇拜》、《文明寻思录》系列、《照亮世界的中国企业家精神》、《新工业时代》、《无止之境》等十多本著作。

Qin Shuo is a business, economics and culture commentator, the founder of Chin@ Moments and the Co-Director of China Business Civilisation Research Center.

After graduating from Fudan University in 1990, he began his media career. He later served as editor-in-chief of South Reviews and China Business News. He has devoted much of his career to studying and promoting business culture and the entrepreneurial spirit.

Qin holds a master’s degree in public administration, a doctorate in business administration, an EMBA and a DBA in finance, which he earned at universities in China and the United States. He has written more than ten books, including Farewell to GDP Worship, the Reflections on Civilisation series, The Entrepreneurial Spirit of Chinese Companies Lighting Up the World, The New Industrial Era and Without End.

张晗 教授 Professor Zhang Han

张晗教授现任香港浸会大学工商管理学院院长和信息系统讲座教授。他曾担任美国佐治亚理工学院商学院信息技术管理终身教授，Steven A. Denning技术与管理讲座教授。张晗教授于得克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校取得信息系统博士学位，主要研究领域为网上信任和声誉、在线口碑、人机交互和在线医疗。他的学术论文发表在MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Production and Operations Management等国际顶级期刊。张晗教授的研究成果曾被中国的《第一财经日报》和美国的《华尔街日报》专题报导。张晗教授目前担任国际著名学术期刊Information & Management 的主编，并担任MIS Quarterly的高级编辑。作为联合创始人，张晗教授在2007年创办了China Summer Workshop on Information Management（CSWIM）。张晗教授在2023年荣获Association for Information Systems (AIS) Fellow奖，在2025年荣获INFORMS Information Systems Society (ISS) Distinguished Fellow 奖。他是国际信息系统领域首位同时获得AIS Fellow 和INFORMS ISS Distinguished Fellow两项殊荣的华人学者。

Professor Zhang Han is the Dean of the School of Business and Chair Professor of Information Systems at Hong Kong Baptist University. Previously, he was Professor of Information Technology Management and Steven A. Denning Professor of Technology & Management at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on online trust and reputation, online word-of-mouth, human-computer interaction, and online healthcare. His scholarly work has been published in leading international journals, including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Marketing Research, and Production and Operations Management. His research has been featured in media outlets such as First Financial Daily in China and The Wall Street Journal in the US. He currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the prominent international journal Information & Management and as a senior editor for MIS Quarterly. He was a co-founder of the China Summer Workshop on Information Management (CSWIM) in 2007. Professor Zhang was named an Association for Information Systems (AIS) Fellow in 2023 and an INFORMS Information Systems Society (ISS) Distinguished Fellow in 2025. He is the first scholar of Chinese origin to receive both the AIS Fellow and INFORMS ISS Distinguished Fellow awards in the information systems field globally.
