BBA Zhuhai Trip BBA Zhuhai Trip

A group of 35 enthusiastic BBA students embarked on a transformative two-day journey through the Greater Bay Area (GBA) on 11-12 October 2024. This enriching experience offered exclusive access to top organisations, including government bodies in Zhuhai, an Amazon AWS partner, and various NGOs, providing deep insights into the GBA’s economic growth, business environment, and the robust support available for Hong Kong students.

One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC)  Zhuhai Campus, where students toured the well-facilitated campus and participated in an insightful alumna sharing session. The journey continued with a visit to a tech company dedicated to revitalising historical properties, followed by expert talks from the Hong Kong Zhuhai Association of Commerce (HKZHAC), which further enhanced their understanding of the region’s growth potential.

Almost every participant rated the BBA Zhuhai Trip with five stars, expressing that they gained a new understanding of the GBA’s business landscape and the opportunities available for young entrepreneurs. They were particularly inspired by the economic and technological innovations of the city, while also enjoying entertaining moments during a circus show.
