HKBU School of Business, which has maintained premier AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation since 2010, continues its unwavering dedication to excellence in business education by participating in two professional development events focusing on accreditation standards and regional advancement in higher education.

On 16 and 17 November 2025, Ms Alison Li, Head of School Administration, and Ms Stephenie Hui, Manager of the Accreditation Section, attended the intensive AACSB Business Accreditation Seminar and shared the School’s good practices in teaching and learning, research and outreach. Facilitated by distinguished academic leaders, the seminar provided 50 participants with essential insights into the evolving accreditation criteria and robust quality assurance mechanisms.

Building on this commitment, Mr Ryan Man, Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies), and Ms Stephenie Hui represented the School at the AACSB Elevate: Asia Pacific Conference on 18 and 19 November where they identified emerging challenges and collaborative opportunities in educational governance and improvement. Over 300 leaders and scholars participated to exchange views on progressive standards, innovative pedagogies, and collaborative prospects in business education.

These engagements underscore the School’s persistent commitment to maintaining the highest accreditation standards and embracing the transformative business education landscape.
