On 9 June, the MBA & MScBM Graduation Dinner brought together over 180 graduates and faculty members for an unforgettable evening of celebration. The event, themed "Dreams Embark, Brilliance Sparks," perfectly encapsulated the essence of the graduates' journeys and the promising futures ahead. It was an evening filled with celebration, reflection, and joy.
Prof. Monique Wan, Associate Dean of Business (Taught Postgraduate Studies) and Director of the MBA & MScBM Programmes, inaugurated the evening with inspiring remarks, encouraging graduates to envision their lives as a movie, highlighting their HKBU studies as a crucial plot within that narrative. She emphasized that having gained essential knowledge and forged lasting friendships during this important chapter, they now continue to write their unique stories as the directors and storytellers of their future, reminding them that HKBU remains their supportive "home studio" for ongoing inspiration.
Prof. Zhang Han, Dean of Business, also shared his congratulatory messages, highlighting that graduation marks a new beginning. He welcomed graduates into a global alumni family, urging them to stay connected and continue growing. Prof. Zhang highlighted the School's latest developments, including the coming new EMBA, DBA and taught postgraduate programmes, underscoring the importance of lifelong learning.
During the occasion, graduates expressed their gratitude to the School through heartfelt graduation speeches. They also showcased tailor-made videos capturing the memories, laughter, and bonds formed over the past year.
