Business faculty awarded Best Paper in top-notch industry conference

Prof. Flora Chiang, Professor of Department of Management, and Dr. Henry Fock, Head and Associate Professor of Department of Marketing, were awarded the Best Paper in Track Services and Customer Relationship Management at the 50th Academy of Marketing Conference on 3-6 July 2017 in UK.
Entitled “The Influence and Rewards and Shared Vision on Customer-Oriented Behaviour and Service Quality”, the research paper used an inventive angle to study how a shared vision within an organisation contributes to its services and customer relationship efficiency and effectiveness.
Organised annually, the Academy of Marketing Conference is a notable marketing conference in Europe with top-notch scholarly participation worldwide. This year, the Conference was hosted by the Hull University Business School with “Freedom Through Marketing: Looking Back, Going Forward” as the theme.
