The day began with a warm welcome from Dr. Monique Shui-Ki WAN, the Associate Dean (TPg Studies) and the Director of the MBA and MSc Business Management (MScBM) programmes, who highlighted the School’s commitment to innovative and impactful research. The event featured detailed introductions to all the School’s TPg programmes, including the Master of Accountancy (MAcc), MSc in Applied Accounting and Finance (MScAAF), MSc in Corporate Governance and Compliance (MScCGC), MSc in Applied Economics (MScAECON), MSc in Data Analytics and Business Economics (MScDABE), MSc in Finance (FinTech and Financial Analytics) (MScFTFA), MSc in Marketing for the Creative Economy (MScMCE), Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM), MSc in Entrepreneurship and Global Marketing (MScEGM), MScBM, and MBA programmes. Each session highlighted each programme’ unique features, including practical real-world applications, and interactive learning approaches. Alumni sharing sessions were a standout feature of the day, showcasing the transformative impact of the School’s TPg programmes on graduates' careers. Alumni emphasised how their education equipped them with both essential technical and invaluable soft skills, significantly boosting their employability. A graduate from the MAcc programme highlighted its alignment with HKICPA standards, ensuring readiness for professional certification. Many alumni recounted their success in securing internships soon after starting their programmes, attributing this to the School’s robust network and Hong Kong’s strategic position as a global financial hub. They praised the School for nurturing critical thinking and comprehensive problem-solving abilities, skills they have effectively leveraged in their professional journeys.

Throughout the day, prospective students also had the opportunity to participate in consultation sessions, on-the-spot applications, and interviews. These sessions provided a platform for them to meet and connect with faculty members, alumni, and administrators, gaining valuable insights and advice.
